L.A. Contemporary Dance Festival

Project Overview
This project was created in Dominick Poon's Intro to UI/UX Continuing Education course at The School of Visual Arts where I spent 10 weeks examining the core ideas and thought processes of UI and UX. Each person completed a project of their choosing from beginning to end, creating standard deliverables while learning how to turn empathy towards users into UI and UX design solutions.

For my project, I imagined a whole new way for L.A. residents to engage with the L.A. Contemporary Dance Festival, from discovery to purchasing tickets to attending live performances. I also took the opportunity to rebrand the festival, giving it a more established and contemporary look and feel.

"Elisa's work is so thoughtful, elegant, and pitch perfect. She can handle simplicity when it's needed, but can also create complex flows and screens that are highly organized and concise. The end product is elegant, beautiful, yet highly useful." –Dominick Poon

"Elisa is truly user centric. She understands conventions and best practices and she is not afraid to bring something new and unique to the status quo. Truly a superb designer in every way." –
